Description

With a pattern inspired by the wild ocean waves, the Zero 20 is the ultimate lightweight boy’s bike designed in midnight Blue with Aqua highlights.

Developed on an Aluminium frame with oversized hydro formed tubes; resulting in a strong lightweight frame which is easy to manoeuvre. The Zero features a rigid front fork which helps to improve balance and increase manoeuvrability as well as low rise handlebars which encourage children to be more aware of their surroundings. The height adjustable stem is designed to adapt to your child as they grow.

The Zero 20 boasts a full Shimano transmission which includes Shimano freewheels, derailleurs and Shimano Revoshift shifters; a component mix that will improve your child’s experience of learning how to change gears. In our experience, this style of gear shifter is easier for children to operate as it enables them to easily keep their hands fully on the handlebar while changing gear reducing those unwanted wobbles! The bike also has rear derailleur protection which prevents damage to the gears if the bike is dropped to the ground.

Aluminium V-brakes have been added to the Zero for safe stopping plus a V-brake modulator has been included which regulates the force applied to the front aluminium V-brake resulting in smoother braking. The aluminium and resin brake levers featured on the bike have been selected to be easily operated by little fingers, an adjustment screw is also fitted allowing you to alter the sizing dependent on the size of your child’s hands. Narrow tyres have been selected for this model which feature a modern small block tread pattern making the wheels slimmer and lighter than the majority of the other children’s bikes on the market. These tyres are suitable for riding on all terrains including traffic-free paths, roads and light trails.
